I don’t feel confident making a solid recommendation without understanding your exact space and whether your RAM is particularly large.
Since I believe your hyper212 model should work fine, I’ll check how it performs with it.
Keep an eye on the temperatures while you increase the clock speed.
The 9600K can be powerful even at default settings—just stick to whatever your chip allows and enjoy.

You could always go to the AIO path; I've noticed individuals installing a Corsair H60 AIO, which would be sufficient for overclocking.
