Your performance in the silicon lottery is largely influenced by luck. Your maximum will be set either by temperature or the voltage you're comfortable with. The limit should ideally be around 5.0. You aim to maintain a voltage around 1.35 and keep the stress test temperature below 85°C. What are your specifics?
Do you know which cooler would be best? The Cooler Master MasterAir MA410M could work, but you might prefer a Noctua model since you're an RGB user and dislike their design.
It's in the same league as 212, just more polished, but for serious overclocking you'll need a top-tier air cooler or effective liquid cooling.
The specifications for the Corsair Spec 02 indicate a cooler height of 157mm.
The Hyper212 Evo model states it is 159mm tall, suggesting one might be incorrect as the 212 now fits.
The MA410m requires 167mm, making it unlikely to fit.
The 212 features a single tower design with a 120mm fan; seek a twin tower option that matches.
A more effective solution than a compact tower is likely needed.
If your RAM has tall heat spreaders, verify clearance.

Does this product suit your CPU and case? Isn't the Noctua NH D-15s superior, or are there distinctions between twin towers and single models? You're aware that the NH D-15 is a single tower model.
Unfortunately, the NH-D15s stands at 160mm. It’s a great cooler, but unless you can confirm the height is acceptable, it might not be ideal. The side bulge could work for 160mm, and the Corsair spec might not be precise. The D15 is also a twin tower model but measures 165mm. Both options perform similarly, though the D15 offers better space for RAM and GPU. The distinction between single and twin towers is similar to the difference between a 140mm and a 280mm AIO radiator. There’s more radiator area with the twin tower or the 280mm model.
The cooler I suggested is the top choice for your CPU and case.
