I own an old laptop from three or four years ago that hasn't been touched in over a year. I just turned it on this morning and everything worked fine at first. But now, there are two big problems: 1) The keyboard is broken. When I use the virtual keypad, I can only type numbers, not letters. 2) It's locked with a password and I don't know what to do because my keyboard isn't working well enough for me to figure out how to reset it without a mouse. Can anyone help?

Try using a different physical keyboard. Look at this link for more info about passwords, lock codes, and pin numbers: https://forums.

Take out your hard drive and put it inside a special box that comes with cables. Just make sure you know which files you need so everything works fine for you.
