I want to use my mom's iPad while using my computer at home through the internet. Her tablet is always acting up and having trouble. Is there a simple way to do it, and ideally one that costs nothing?

You can use Zoho Assist to look at your mom's iPad from another room. But my knowledge says that you cannot take full control over any service like that. Apple does not allow remote access for some services. Instead, download the Zoho Assist app from the App Store. Then you can get free help via Spiceworks by giving them a special code or ID to start a session. You must tell your mom where it is so she can put that into the app when she gets in. It won't let you just log in anytime like normal computers do. Remote Support - Unlimited Usage & Free for Businesses Connect and control other computers across the Internet by sending users a quick URL. You get unlimited sessions, technicians, and workstations, all free! community.spiceworks.com iPadOS, iOS, TVOS, and MacOS also have built-in Switch Control features. But my understanding is that this only lets you do limited remote control between Apple devices on the same network. It won't work outside of that area...

You can use Zoho Assist to see your mom's iPad from anywhere. But right now, no service lets you actually take control. Apple doesn't allow that kind of access either. Just download the Zoho Assist app from the App Store. You'll get free remote help through Spiceworks. It makes a special ID number for each call so you have to tell your mom to put it in her app. That means no one can just log in anytime they want. Remote Support - Unlimited Use and Free for Business Connect from other computers across the internet using a quick link. Unlimited calls, workers, and machines, all free! community.spiceworks.com iPadOS, iOS, TVOS, and Mac also have built-in Switch Control. I understand this lets you do limited control but only on the same network. It won't work outside your local area.
