The CPU air cooler has its own daisy chained argb cable and sata cable that are fixed in place and can't be taken off. I'm wondering if it's possible to detach the argb and sata connections from the ARGB CPU cooler and reattach them to an ARGB hub, ensuring the argb still functions. I'm also concerned about running out of headers on my motherboard.

You should specify the make and models of the ARGB cooler and the hub you're dealing with. Some hubs have proprietary connectors or power limits, which is why we ask for specs on what you're dealing/working with.
