My current build - https://pcpartpicker.com/list/cvHXcc - I'm planning to upgrade to a Ryzen 3 1200 and the MSI B350 Gaming Pro. I've heard that overclocking the Ryzen 3 1200 can provide a big improvement, but I need to check if the Cryo H7 can handle it. If it can, what clock speed and voltage should I set? This is my first time setting up the system.

The stock cooler is nearly at its maximum capacity of 1200, while the h7 can handle it even during its sleep phase.
