12gb DDR4 RAM (2 x 4gb Ripjaw and 1 data 4gb @ 2400mhz)

Evga sc gtx 970
Evga 500w bronze PSU
Cosair SSD 120gb
Seagate 500gb

You should be fine as long as you stay under 1400mhz base.
Currently I'm at 1250mhz.
