My computer is located in my room on the second floor, and the internet connection can be unstable sometimes due to many devices using it. The ping is high because of all the people connected at home. I can't reach an Ethernet cable because it's too far and cluttered. Would it be possible to install another router or modem just for my room? It would be from a different company, not the same one as my current modem.

This would need a complete second set of wiring from the exterior wall.
And if it's possible, you could also run an ethernet cable.

It would need a complete second set of wiring from the exterior wall.
And if you manage it, you could also run an ethernet cable.

Check if you can set the second modem up as a wireless repeater, since your Fritz might support multiple bands and enables full wireless functionality.

The total bandwidth entering the house could vary and might not require a complete new connection. It could involve powerline or MOCA devices.
