Yes, you can combine two different RAM sticks from the same manufacturer if they match the same speed and type. As long as both are DDR4 3200MHz, mixing them works well for performance.

If timing and voltages vary, the BIOS should adjust all registers to the maximum values for each set and clock speed. In short, it should function properly.
