A more straightforward approach would be setting up a cache folder for partially downloaded torrents on your SSD, then transferring them to an HDD once the download completes. In the Downloads settings, scroll further, select the option, and create a folder on an SSD.

You should pick one of the two lower choices to proceed. Setting a folder on an SSD in the first option works just like printing it was the solution.
