I will create a new bundle and use the specified components.
CPU: i5-14400F
RAM: Viper Venom [2 x 16GB] DDR5 6000Mhz CL 36
Will this RAM be compatible with this CPU?

If MoBo can handle 6000 MT/s, it meets the requirements.
MoBo specifications:
https://www.asus.com/motherboards-compon.../techspec/
Because MoBo supports 6000 MT/s, it works well. However, keep in mind that 6000 MT/s is XMP and might not be stable; RAM could default to 5600 MT/s or lower (JEDEC) speeds.
But the memory QVL for MoBo shows all 14th gen CPUs are compatible with the speeds MoBo offers.
Link:
https://www.asus.com/motherboards-c.../h...ME-B760M-K
Therefore, there seem to be no obvious problems.

The CPU shouldn't be the limiting factor. This i5-12490F supports DDR5 RAM up to 6400, but attempting higher will trigger errors because non-K CPUs have restricted SA voltage.

If you install two RAM sticks at 6000 MHz on an i5-14400F, it should be safe and there should be no errors.

Most likely.
For RAM issues, run a test with memtest86, using the provided link.
Follow the instructions: 4 complete passes (15 tests each), totaling around 5 hours for two 16GB sets. One pass is the bare minimum; two are preferable, and four is acceptable.

The CPU is assured for up to 4800 mts beyond that, and you're responsible for the rest.
