I own a Dell Inspiron 15R SE (7520). It comes with an AMD 7730m chip and has used MSI afterburner to boost its performance. The card handles a 1080p display, requiring it to work hard for smooth gameplay, but temperatures stay near the 63°C range. I’m unable to find any method to raise the voltage, and I know the dangers of altering notebook components.

Usually I wouldn't recommend overvolting a laptop. There might be options like Sapphire Trixx, but keep an eye on temperatures. If they get too high, consider getting a laptop cooler. Happy overclocking.

I know this is an old post, but still I would advise it is not good to overvolt on a laptop. Overclocking can be done and do undervoting if possible in case of low margin Overclocking, but don't do overvolting.
