It is compatible but there's a chance it won't be able to reach it's all core boost clock since A320 motherboards tend to have crappy VRM's. Though it varies.

Yes, but the board can't reach its maximum performance because of the outdated VRMs. It's not worth it to use an A320 board with a Ryzen 7 either.
