That's definitely the PSU. It seems there are many parts inside, and a single small component might overheat or fail. You can't really fix it much, and even a little dust shouldn't cause any damage.

Using airflow through the PSU should remove sufficient debris to maintain performance for at least another six months. The frequency of changing the air filter in a car is not daily; opt for a high-quality PSU instead.
