What operating system version do you have?
Is it a simulated sine wave UPS intended for PCs (PSU)? It’s designed for clean sine waves suitable for sensitive electronics.
Simulated sine waves aren’t fully compatible with PSUs that have ActivePFC, which your unit does.
Perhaps the router is the problem—if it works properly, it shouldn’t cause automatic restarts.
it's not a router. I contacted them and they explained they perform restarts when internet usage becomes too high, ensuring everyone can access the internet without interruptions. this isn't connected to the 15s dcs. my system has lexar 16gb ram, 4800mhz ddr5, rm850x psu, b650 asus tuf gaming with new bios, 5070, ryzen 7 9700x, sata drives. I also updated the m2 bc of the circuit recently, which caused significant issues with my PC. all windows 11 updates are complete, and all drivers for GPU, ethernet, and chipset are installed.
PSU has a few months left to release the latest Corsair version for the new Nvidia 50xx series.
so why are disconnections happening more often now? if i change the cable, everything seems fine for the next three days. also, what helped for a few days was unplugging the power cable from the outlet and using a different one, but it stopped working after a week too.

Have you installed your own wiring for electrical cables outside the PC? Yes, it’s possible, particularly if you used a low-quality PSU. However, with a good quality PSU, such damage is unlikely.
If you’re concerned about the PSU, you can replace it yourself. But if the previous PSU caused harm, the new one won’t undo that damage.
You mentioned "other people." Are you referring to someone else living with you (like a roommate) or just an internet user?
If the disconnection lasts 10-15 seconds, it might be your ISP intentionally blocking the connection so others can access it. Since you said your ISP does this—which seems unusual, especially in third-world countries—

Examine the reliability history and monitor viewer for error codes, warnings, or logs around the times of reported Ethernet issues. Execute "ipconfig /all" through the Command Prompt and share the complete output.
Remember to use only Cat 5e or Cat6a cables—avoid UTP, round, pure copper, or non-standard types like Cat 7 or 8.
Inspect connections in any Ethernet patch panels or wall jacks; poor links may be causing problems.
