I got a Samsung Series 7 Chronos computer and it looks just like the picture here: https://www.dragonblogger.com/samsung-se...placement/. I need to swap out the old optical drive for a new 2.5 inch caddy so I can put a second SSD inside. The issue is that this laptop model doesn't have a removable optical drive, but instead has a small gap called a "slit" (I'm not sure about the exact term). Here is what it looks like: Will a standard 2.5 caddy fit into this laptop or do I need to get a specific one just to make it work? Thanks!

You can take apart the bottom part of your laptop to check for a specific spot marked ODD inside. I think the measurement there could be either nine and a half millimeters or twelve point seven millimeters. Please measure it right away before you disconnect that power cord from the product.
