I received this Sony Vaio PCG-71318l and was wondering if installing Hackintosh would be feasible on it. I'm not sure if it will work. Also, I plan to upgrade the laptop from 4GB RAM to 8GB RAM plus a 128GB SSD.

It seems unlikely the device in question used that CPU or integrated graphics setup. There might be other compatibility concerns as well. We can’t assist with hackintosh beyond noting potential compatibility issues. Most recommend checking Tonymacx86 for additional guidance.
