I'm about to place an order for a H115i from Scan, but I'm not entirely confident it will fit in my case.
To be clear, yes, it will fit.

Yes, it should work. It also accommodates two 200mm units, making a 140mm radiator straightforward.

I always recommend checking the original source.
From https://www.nzxt.com/products/phantom-530: Comprehensive liquid cooling options cover Kraken X31/X41/X61 all-in-one systems and radiators up to 360mm in size
From http://www.corsair.com/en-us/hydro-serie...cpu-cooler: A 280mm radiator paired with dual SP140L PWM fans delivers the intense cooling required for overclocked CPUs
Is 280mm (h115i) smaller than 360mm (case)? Yes, it fits. The question remains—do you really need it?

Where exactly should you install it? The NZXT website doesn’t provide exact dimensions on its specifications page, but the details are likely accessible if you search properly. It mentions compatibility with 360mm, though this only indicates a size of 120 x 360mm—your cooler’s length is 280mm, which is still quite wide (140mm or more), and there’s no mention of supporting such a large size. It suggests it fits 140mm fans, but the width isn’t specified. Corsair doesn’t list this information either.

You’ll need a tape measure to check, since Corsair’s specs are also limited. However, Corsair is known for being affordable with its specifications.

For comparison, Corsair CLC models have issues like weak pumps and aluminum radiators, which can affect performance. Depending on the cooler you choose, costs may increase by about $10 or more.

Options include using an all-copper or brass radiator for improved heat dissipation, a fully assembled custom water loop system, a reservoir, support for multiple graphics cards, protection against galvanic corrosion from mixed metals, enhanced thermal and noise performance, better appearance, and clear published dimensions to help with fitting.

Examples of compatible models include the Swiftech H240 X2 (120mm, $140) and the Swiftech H220 V2 (140mm, $150), both of which are noted to outperform the H115.

280mm (h115i) is less than 360mm (case). It should fit. It will fit in length... but the width of the H115 isn't mentioned.

My concern is whether you really need one?
Be mindful... 280mm is not smaller than 360mm. The 280mm radiator will be broader. A case designed for a 360mm radiator (long and narrow) may not always accommodate the wider ones, although they usually do.

That's correct, though, according to the manual it can manage a depth of 143mm, including the fans.
I'm in agreement with your earlier comment about choosing a different AIO altogether.

Some 140mm radiators can reach up to 146mm in width... In the Enthoo promo review by TheModZoo, they encounter this issue in the video. Swiftech mentions 140mm for their models with 1400m fans, while the 120mm version is 127mm.
