I need to know if a 3 Corsair SP120 Quiets with a 360mm radiator (35.5mm thick) will be sufficient to cool my GTX 1070 and 4790K. The actual total is about 265-275, but I rounded it up to 300. Thanks for the assistance—I'm new to watercooling.

If the 4790k isn't too heavily overclocked and the 1070 runs at normal speeds, then the outcome relies on the desired temperature change.
