My friend received an extra z590 TUF plus from Newegg and is sharing it with me. I understand it's a "locked" CPU, but I'm familiar with past hacks that helped extract more performance from Intel's non-K CPUs. Since the board will be under 360mm AIO, I might want to give it a try. The advertised boost is 4.3GHz. Can I use this z590 MMO to apply that boost to all cores? Please let me know.

4.3 isn't the entire core turbo. It's just the single core turbo.
