I’m setting up a CISCO SPA 301 according to these instructions. -sb should display a message for internal numbers and prompt the user to call them immediately if known. For external calls, when someone recognizes an internal number (like 14), they press a specific key to activate the line. If that person is unavailable or busy, another user (like 19) should press a designated number (such as 8) to search for the line. Currently, other devices on the network only respond with *8 and initiate searches. I need to figure out if this behavior can be changed so the device behaves like other CISCO units. If yes, please guide me through the adjustments. I’ve spent many hours on this but haven’t succeeded yet. Thanks!
