I am experiencing stuttering and freezing issues with the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. My computer specifications are an EVGA GeForce 1070 FTW, a 1TB SSD, 16GB RAM, an i7-7700K CPU, and an Asus gaming motherboard. I have adjusted the in-game settings, including enabling VSync, but these changes have not resolved the freezing and stuttering.

Try and run it in Windowed Borderless mode. And drop the GFX settings as well. The cut scenes in SP though still stutter.

I have an i7 8700k, 16 GB RAM, and a GTX 1070Ti. When I stream on Twitch while playing Modern Warfare, my stream freezes.
