Hello everyone, previously I was using a GeForce GTX 1070 ASUS Strix with approximately 70-100 frames per second and experienced smooth gameplay. After upgrading to a GeForce RTX 2080 AMP Zotac and reinstalling my entire computer, I achieve 75-145 fps on the highest settings within this specific game, though it occasionally freezes for about one second every minute or two. My system includes 32GB of RAM at 2800MHz, an Intel i7-6700K processor, a Corsair MP500 SSD with a capacity of 450GB, and an ASUS Maximus VIII Hero motherboard. Temperatures are within acceptable limits; no components are overheating.

I also received United Parcel Service, if that is relevant.

It might be the power supply unit. Raidmax power supplies tend to be poorly made. Do you possess an alternative PSU that we could test?

I was able to purchase one, and though I previously owned one, it didn’t cause any difficulties with my older graphics card. You believe the newer model consumes more power and causes the screen to freeze specifically within this game. I am playing PUBG, Metro, Tomb Raider, and experiencing no problems; however, this issue arises only when playing Call of Duty.
