Call of Duty Black Ops 4 frequently crashes. I've attempted various troubleshooting steps, adjusted graphics settings both low and high, but the issue persists. I've even reinstalled the game to check if that would resolve it, yet it still fails. When playing at high or very high settings, it runs smoothly with around 60 FPS, but crashes later in the game, forcing a restart and restarting the cycle. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Notify Activision, I expect you can provide a crash log. I thought I had updated. It seems there could be teething issues with the game and it might be struggling on different hardware. Is there any stuttering or artifacts before it crashes? That could suggest a clock speed that’s too high for your GPU or the game. Does this occur in other titles like PUBG or Fortnite? Are your graphics drivers current? I assume they are.
Thankyou for the suggestions. Firstly I couldn't find how to report it to Activision and that's why I came on here instead. There's absolutely no stuttering before it crashes it just freezes and that's it, although In task manager I've noticed that when it does crash the cpu usage drops to next to nothing that may help but i doubt it.I don't play PUBG often but in fortnite nothing like this has happened and all my drivers are up to date. So i have no idea Hopefully there will be an easy patch soon if it is just a "teething problem" thanks for your help
