Hey everyone, I just bought a copy from Steam but was really let down. The best I could do was play in single-player, set up a new game, watch a few minutes of the trailers, and then the whole thing crashed. I kept seeing strange errors like "The instruction at 0xf3f25521 reference memory at 0x00000018. The memory could not be written." Plus there was a low-memory warning. My current PC specs are: Intel i5-2500, 2x 4GB 1333MHz DDR3 CL9 RAM, Gigabyte Z77M-D3H motherboard, CM 750W power supply, Asus Strix GTX 970 graphics card, and a Sandisk Ultra Plus SSD with 128GB. The 1TB HDD is also connected. So far, no game I can play works well—Crysis 3 runs around 30-50 FPS at 1080p with full settings. Anyone else facing the same problems?

Another common critic of CoD... it seems most folks haven’t experienced these problems.

I also discovered the battlefield and now I don’t even glance at CoD anymore.

The game is really well optimized. If you hate code, just don’t spread false information.

Successfully contacted their support representative via live chat. The helpful person requested I perform a dxdiag and forwarded the request for verification. Best of luck!

The claim that Battlefield is superior to COD is not believable. How long did Dice spend resolving BF4? I looked it up and found this link: http://helpdeskgeek.com/help-desk/instru...t-be-read/. It seems similar to your problem, so you might get assistance there.

Thanks a lot, Clarkey. I’ll give it a shot and see if it works.

Are you sure you have the necessary specifications? I believe you require at least 6Gb of RAM.
