I received the laptop brand new a few months ago. When I first got it, the graphics card wasn't detected in the BIOS. I sent it back under warranty and it was replaced. Now the graphics card appears in Task Manager. I downloaded Lenovo Vantage (which is for a Lenovo LQ I5 12450HX with RTX 2050). After installing it, the computer started slowing down. While making these changes, the screen would freeze when I clicked on letters, only responding after a short delay. This also happened when opening an app. Is there an issue with the Lenovo software or the overall system? I also have a security app installed.

Take out the unnecessary programs and check if the computer performs faster. This kind of software is often considered extra. Keeping fewer programs usually helps. I usually install only what I truly require.

It includes capabilities such as adjusting refresh rates to 144hz upon connection, fast charging, battery safeguards, and automatic updates.
