Hey, I’m starting from scratch on building a gaming PC. My budget is around 1500–2000, and I need a good monitor too. I’ve never assembled a PC before, so I’m a bit confused about compatibility. I was thinking of the Alienware Aurora, but it seems too expensive for the specs I want. I need something compact and a top-notch display. Since I’ll be using it heavily for office work in addition to gaming, I’m open to spending a bit more if it offers better value. Thanks a lot for your help!

What size display is ideal for your setup? Which types of games are you interested in playing?

I enjoy playing two titles: Dota 2 and Counter Strike. I might explore newer games, but Dota remains my go-to. The monitor should be around 24-30 inches, though I’m open to adjusting size if it improves quality. Additionally, I plan to use the screen for extended reading sessions.
