You purchased a 5V (3-pin) addressable RGB LED strip where each LED or section can display a different color. However, your motherboard only supports 12V (4-pin) RGB, meaning the entire strip must be a single color. To use RGB on your motherboard, you'll need to buy a 4-pin 12V RGB strip.
You can use this strip with an adapter if needed. Let me know what you're trying to connect it to!
Sorry, I’m not familiar with anything. You might consider purchasing an RGB hub (terminal), though it will cost more. If possible, return it and get a proper one.
With your order, simply connect the cable on the left to the motherboard and insert the remaining three pins into the designated slots.
