I’ve removed all files except the windows, but there’s still 76.8 MB free on a 110 GB drive. I’ve already run Disk Cleanup, optimized the Recycle Bin, and compressed the drive. I’m not sure if I just need another SSD or something else? Please advise.

It seems you ran out of room. Consider installing programs on another drive or upgrading to an SSD if you only have Windows installed.
