If you can accommodate a 4060 Ti in that setup I shared, then adjust the cards. The earlier RAM you owned was too sluggish and the motherboard lacked sufficient VRMs, causing thermal throttling. That particular site is costly when compared to other Israeli resources.
From the updated build, if it fits the budget, this appears to be a superior choice compared to the 4060.

I personally prefer the AMD card from my list; it should likely be slightly faster than the 4060ti.
In your case, if you’re focused on gaming rather than streaming, I recommend choosing the Ryzen 7700 along with a more powerful graphics card like the RX 7700 XT or an even better option. On the Nvidia side, you’d aim for at least the RTX 4070, which is the next upgrade over the RTX 4060 Ti if you’re heading that direction.
