I did remove the 2nd nvme, changed the position of the ram stick (I only have 1), disconnected the mounting hardware, placed the cooler, shorted the pin, still nothing happened. I re check many times that the cables, both CPU 8pin and 24pin atx are fully inserted. And no, there's no sound from the PSU whatsoever.

We understand the PSU likely activates even without a load, which suggests a short circuit is preventing proper startup. Have you connected any extension cords, custom cables, or riser cables?

The PSU isn't modular, it's a cooler master with 500W capacity. No special cables or riser are needed.

It could be a risky approach, but it might be worth a try. Unplug all components from the power supply unit. Connect only the GPU to the PSU and attempt to power it using the paperclip method. Repeat this process for the motherboard. Continue this pattern until you find a working setup. If the PSU fails to start with the motherboard, switch to a different power supply.
