Hello, today im building my pc for the first time and when im doing everything on the mb box everything is working but when i put everything in a case and press power button then for half a second there is light and it stops working. Please someone help me to solve my issue
mb- B450m AsRock hdv
Processor - amd 5 3600
Graphics - rx 580 8gb
Power Supply - corsair vs550
Memory - 2x8 16 gb 3200
Issue persists. After a brief pause, the fan turns red and then the system stops working.
This seems like the PSU is turning off for safety reasons. It could be due to a short circuit, perhaps from incorrectly placed standoffs or a dropped screw, or maybe one of your cables isn't properly connected. The simplest solution might be to disassemble and reassemble it.
