After receiving some guidance from someone more knowledgeable, I realized my PC is overheating significantly. The Omen 30L with a 3090 is struggling, especially during gaming when the GPU hits around 80-82°C. With only two fans and a poor water cooler, the setup is clearly not ideal. I now understand I need a completely new system. The 3090 will remain, but I’m looking for instructions on how to assemble the rest of the build. I’m concerned about making mistakes and was considering hiring a repair shop, but I’m hesitant to rely on them.

You can purchase that motherboard for 180 directly from Amazon instead of MSI... if you'd like that option. It costs 200 dollars, so it's unclear how long it will last.
It's an ASUS motherboard. You might not have noticed the right thing in my initial link. The updated link is now available.
RAM: You might find a better corsair vengeance kit at a similar price. Just ensure you choose an XMP kit instead of EXPO for intel CPUs.
PSU: If you intend to upgrade your GPU later, I'd recommend the RMx model.
Shift: PSU, for ATX3.0.
SSD: You can opt for Samsung 990 Pro, Solidigm P44 Pro, or SK Hynix Platinum P41, provided they don't add much extra cost.
