Building Cities Using Pen Tablets and Displays.
Building Cities Using Pen Tablets and Displays.
I seldom engage in gaming, so I swapped my mouse for a pen tablet (specifically a Huion H950P). This change suits my schoolwork, which demands more writing, and the tablet offers better comfort. However, I've recently played the latest DLC using that tablet—it works surprisingly well. It gives the feeling of an actual city planner designing a city, handling drafts and sketches like real professionals. Are there others who've tried this? What did they experience?
It seems like you're considering using a drawing tablet for new experiences. You've tried first-person games on a tablet before, but found it challenging. Previously, you played Insaniquarium deluxe with a pen, though the clicking was cumbersome. You also played OSU! on a tablet in the past. For titles like Zoo Tycoon or Sim City, a drawing tablet could likely provide a smoother experience.
I already own a tablet; I picked it up a year ago just to test it out again.
I previously created 3D models in Maya with a pen tablet. Recently, I used the Steam link app on my phone to play paper games, which felt like using a pen tablet but with my finger as the stylus. It worked well, though the small screen made reading text hard and hitting buttons tricky. Time ran out because the screen size didn’t match my finger comfortably, slowing me down despite my desire to be faster.
