I'm setting up a PC for 3D architectural projects and will be using programs such as 3ds max, cad, vray, photoshop, after effects, premiere, d5, and others. Please assist.

When aiming for precise geometry and computations, it’s essential to utilize the Nvidia Studio drivers paired with RTX graphics cards. The 14900k tends to have stability problems; I recommend opting for the 14700k instead. You won’t lose much in doing so.

The ROG brand is currently too expensive for its value. Consider the Aorus Elite or the MSI Tomahawk Z790 as more affordable alternatives.

You don’t really need Dominator titanium, just like before. Choose Vengance RGB to save some money.

The SN850X SSD offers better performance and cost-effectiveness compared to the 990 evo. Go for a 2TB version.

Think about using an Aero card:

For power supply, this one comes with a 7-year warranty.
