I want to clarify that I'm not a gamer. I don't think the RX 9070xt is a genuine 4K gaming card. Some games work okay at certain settings—yes, but not always. In my view, it's a decent 2K gaming card. And yes, I'm referring to regular performance, not fakeframes or FSR effects. Just my opinion.
Overall, nothing seems wrong with your list, but the extra cost for the motherboard and SSD might be better used elsewhere. (To be honest, I don't like Lexar SSDs.) The added speed from a PCIe 5 SSD is unlikely to make a big difference in gaming.
Is it accurate to assume you're not in the US? (due to cooler components, SSDs, and PSUs). If I had to guess, Europe—specifically the western part—might be a better fit.
It would help to know the prices of those parts. Or even better, your budget, location, or preferred buying places, etc.

For 4K you'll need to use Nvidia and probably a 5090

To achieve around 240 FPS at 4K resolution you'll need the most powerful card available. If you're okay with lower frame rates for titles that run smoothly at 60 or 70 FPS (or slower), the 9070 XT works. You might have to adjust some settings to keep VRAM usage under 16GB at 4K, though this is uncommon. The highest VRAM I've encountered recently was about 18.3GB, paired with unusual configurations and texture mod packs.

I would install a 1tb SSD for Windows and a 2tb one separately for gaming.

Thank you all for your prompt replies and valuable guidance. I’ve noticed some important aspects about the motherboard and SSD selections that I hadn’t fully thought about. I’ll spend some time evaluating my choices and polishing the list before making any purchases. Appreciate your help!

Here are the photos showing the results so far. I constructed the outdoor case myself using wood. There are still some cables missing, and once they arrive I’ll complete it properly.
