Yes, that's correct. You'll need an RX 850 CPU socket and a PCIe GPU cable. That should cover everything you mentioned.

Yes. 1x8 or 1x6 for GPU (based on model), !x8(4+4) for CPU, 1x24 for motherboard.

What graphics card do you have? Yes, you require an 8-pin EPS connector for the CPU, and that’s essentially all you need except for the PCIe cable. Just make sure it’s EPS, not PCIe. You might also need two PCIe cables depending on your setup. What GPU are you using?
