It seems you're ready to invest significant amounts to prevent buyer's remorse.
You seem capable of handling such expenses.
Practicality appears to be minimal on your priorities.
With your assurance, I recommend spending whatever you wish.
While it's not something I would normally choose, your situation is distinct. The reasons against your plan don't seem relevant. This is your decision.
An alternative is to simply wake up and regret not acting differently. A persistent thought that I anticipate will persist. You'll always question... "if only I had..."

Here’s a rewritten version maintaining the original structure and content:

Just a sample of 1K less, with the only missing item being the 4K OLED monitor. The fan controller is the only thing lacking.
For 4K gaming performance would be significantly reduced.
Almost all white.

Sorry about that. I noticed the HX100i ATX 3.0 ultra low noise model. That's a really good power supply already.
The build quality is solid. It's not flashy, but it makes for a solid machine.

Over the top how? It’s a huge waste of money and won’t last long.
The 7800X3D handles any game with high FPS.
He’s using a 4K monitor, but your video card is the limiting factor.
If you’re here for advice and don’t want to face the truth, why bother posting?
I edited it with the 1K saved and added the monitor—he could keep the 1K, buy the 5090 when it’s out of stock, and still have his PC run smoothly.
He asked for help, so I gave solid advice to avoid throwing away money for no gain.
It’s his decision whether he stays in this situation or changes his mind. On my side, he can spend up to 20K on a gaming PC if he wants, and that’s entirely his choice.
