Build AdviceReview my build
I'm preparing to construct this high-end PC and would appreciate a review (if I've overlooked anything).
I aim for smooth performance with 2K@144+fps.
You can find the part list here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/BjKtfy
Additionally, I plan to install a Strimer Plus V2 24pin and an 8x2 pin on the motherboard and GPU.
Please let me know if you'd like any hubs, controllers, or other components added.
Another choice to evaluate.

How much focus do you have on appearance? You might save money on looks and end up with a 4080 / 4090 model instead of the 4070 Ti Super. Think about the builds below:

All in agreement. At the moment, the 7800x3d stands as the top choice for gamers, while AM5 offers a viable upgrade route unlike Intel's current offerings. There seems to be a significant amount of overspending here.
AMD setup maintains your visual theme but uses more affordable components. You receive a quicker GPU at a lower cost.

The 78000X3D is an excellent CPU. I own one and can confidently recommend it. For Intel enthusiasts, the 13th and 14th generation i7s are also great options.
No, that's not right. The 13th gen i7 is the weakest, as the 14th gen introduced a major upgrade there. I confidently believe the 14700K offers the strongest performance among the 12, 13, and 14 gen models. The 14900K is quicker, but its high price and overboosting issues make it less appealing for home or gaming purposes.
Here is my suggested 14700K build:

How attached are you to that Asus motherboard?
The Gigabyte Aorus Elite X WiFi 7 is cheaper and i'll be switched if i can tell in what way it's worse.
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/MZ...-l...te-x-wifi7
The liquid cooler is a waste of money. It will not be neccessary at all. A number of air tower coolers will do the job, including the suggested Dark Rock Pro 5.
Alternatives are the Scythe Mugen 6, Thermalright Peerless Assasin or Phantom Spirit EVO, Noctua NH-D15. There are many.
You can still buy the custom paste if you like, but it's not neccessary.
With memory, you want lower latency (CL) for gaming. CL28, 30 or 32 are acceptable.
You can go with any kit, but watch the latency!
Samsung 990 Pro has speed and durability but that speed is not noticeable 95% of time. You could go with much much cheaper NVMe without risking too much in quality or performance.
But i don't blame you for buying quality. I would suggest you pick a smaller Samsung to be your OS drive, and use another for storage. I picked two 2Tb MP44L drives that are reliable and affordable. You can ditch one to save a bit of money.
Pick any 4070 Ti Super you like. You could opt for a RX 7900GRE and save a bit of money without losing out much on performance. QHD @ 144Hz is 7900GRE's playground.
If you really want a case like that, consider the Antec C8:

140mm white aRGB fans:
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/cL26Mp/...pack-bl103
(1 rear, 2 side, 3 top or bottom)
I would much rather have a Meshify or Torrent. The Torrent has far better airflow and ventilation.

No comment about your monitor.
you've made a few mistakes and overspent on items that don't improve quality or performance. I would recommend spending on quality. Cheap stuff just doesn't make life better.
That said, there is very little reason to avoid a decent NVMe that is not noticeably slower, or an air cooler that does the job exactly as well as a liquid cooler.
Enjoy your build. Hope the advice is useful.
