Build AdviceOffice PC build ?
Hey, I’ve put together an office build focused mainly on label printing software, Excel databases, Adobe Illustrator, and general tasks. We’ve done a few pre-built versions in the past, but often something was missing, so I decided to create this myself. The main question is whether this build is solid enough? We plan to use it for at least five years, though I’ve been out of the PC building scene for about six years, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Missing a specific GPU in your setup, perhaps you overlooked it. The Ryzen 5 5600 lacks an integrated graphics unit. If you were to assemble an AM5 system using a Ryzen 5 7600, then you could utilize the iGPU.
If you have a separate discrete GPU available, everything proceeds smoothly. It might have been acceptable for an office configuration, but I wouldn't expect it to be built at the same cost elsewhere.
Hey, it seems you missed something important— the 5600 doesn't include an integrated GPU. Would a 5600G perform adequately, or should you consider building an AM5 system with the Ryzen 5 7600 instead?
The 5500GT is almost identical to the 5600G and more affordable.
