Hello there, new member! I think you'd be better off with a Kingston SSD, perhaps something from Crucial, Samsung, or WD. The rest of your specifications seem okay to me.
WD sn850x are available at low prices quickly in your area. I've been using my 2tb model without any problems.
The fury renegade ranks high among top PCIe 4.0 M.2 builders. If it's a good value, consider purchasing it.
Some modifications suggested:

The 7800X3D struggles to reach high temperatures. A robust air cooler with digital temperature display would suit this setup well.
