What resolution and refresh rate are you aiming for?
Are you against assembling a PC?
Do you have a Microcenter close to your area?
What is your highest budget you can afford?
Will you need a monitor, mouse, and keyboard?

If these are the sole choices, the 4 with the 5600G and RX6600 is a solid option. It offers a good build quality and motherboard, allowing future upgrades like the 5700X3D, better power supply, and new graphics cards.

This setup offers excellent value for entry-level users and supports high-quality games, especially with DLSS enabled.
However, at this price point, alternatives might exist. Don’t worry if you don’t find the perfect match—this configuration is solid for gaming or general use.
For instance, 6650XT performs significantly better than RTX3050 in many regions, delivering around 30% more performance at 1080p. While it lacks DLSS, its rasterization capabilities make DLSS less critical here.
The 11400F CPU is a strong choice, particularly when not limited by power constraints, as it runs efficiently without overheating.
If you switch to the Ryzen 5 5600, ensure you have a compatible motherboard, as this model may require additional hardware adjustments.

For the budget, there are options to improve the overall package or to obtain similar PC specifications at a lower cost. However, you would need to assemble it yourself. Among the available choices, I would suggest 2 or 5 units. The power supply on no2 seems questionable; it likely doesn’t meet expectations and is probably of poor quality, meaning it’s cheap. Are you focused on long-term use, or are you fine with a lifespan of 4 to 5 years? I believe forum members could recommend better parts that fit your needs and budget. Of course, you’d have to put in the effort to assemble it yourself. If gaming isn’t a priority, you might tolerate lower quality settings or opt for higher prices to get better graphics, even if usage is infrequent. For tasks like video editing and photo editing, the requirements change significantly. The monitor choice also differs, since gamers prioritize higher refresh rates over color accuracy. Please clarify your preferences in detail, including the desired resolution, so you can receive more tailored advice. Ultimately, this decision is yours.
