You should opt for something larger on the cooler. The Arctic Freezer isn't the right fit. You're either going all-in or at least consider a 240l AIO.
Other components are solid options, but I'd only switch based on personal preference.
It'll be a powerful 1440p gamer, with some 4k in certain titles.
