My Corsair TX650M stopped working because it can't power my PC anymore. I could either buy a CV650 or upgrade. It's a solid PSU, but I usually play heavy games and the temperature is too high in my country. My PC specs are: Ryzen 3600, GTX1660 Super, Samsung 980 500GB and 2TB hard drive, and a B550 Prime motherboard. Any advice would be really helpful since I'm not sure about PSUs and I plan to buy the CV tomorrow.

This discussion is from three years ago, but the core details remain useful. I'd pay attention to Jonnyguru's suggestions for the most affordable PSUs.
