These are the components I have selected so far. My understanding of PC builds is limited, especially regarding custom configurations. I aim to assemble a system for my brother who enjoys gaming, video creation, and photo editing.

I checked a website to verify compatibility; honestly, I’m not entirely sure.
Would this be an excellent setup, average, or fair in your opinion?
Are the components working together as expected?
What adjustments or upgrades can I consider?
I still haven’t decided on a monitor, keyboard, or mouse. These are the only selections I’ve made so far. If you can assist with those choices, it would be greatly appreciated.

I think it comes with the CPU, it mentions “Wraith Prism RGB LED Cooler included.” Should I add a cooler or is this sufficient?
I’m from Saudi Arabia, and right now there isn’t a clear budget in mind.
Currently, my expenses are around 7,500 SAR, not counting the insurance I received for some components; some items have insurance while others don’t, making prices vary. This tends to be on the higher side.
I’m considering getting an aftermarket cooler for that CPU. All of the AMD 8 core + CPUs require a good cooler. Are there any thermalright phantom spirit, peerless assassin, or royal pretor 130 coolers available nearby? Also, a 9950x would be ideal if they’re handling heavy threading tasks.
Usually I only require a basic Phillips screwdriver. Cutting zip ties with scissors is fine too. I always carry a Leatherman multi-tool with me. Having one of these is always beneficial. I store it in my laptop bag for when I need to work on someone's systems.
