I am constructing a gaming PC aiming for 1080p resolution while planning for future upgrades up to 1440p. I prefer AMD processors and Nvidia graphics cards. My focus should be on allocating funds to the CPU, RAM, motherboard, GPU, and power supply unit. A cooler might be useful if CPU usage is high. I tend to skip cabinet, storage, and peripherals.
Regarding requirements, I mainly play AAA titles without demanding extremely high frame rates—60fps is acceptable. I don’t prioritize the highest quality settings.
The budget is around 1500 USD, though it can be adjusted if necessary.

I've looked into several CPUs featuring 3D cache, though their supply appears inconsistent. The GPU situation is quite unclear, especially with the 4060 and related models. It would be helpful to have guidance in picking the right parts.
