For the cooler, certain CPU speeds require more cooling power. You’ll need to consider whether a liquid cooler is necessary or if a heat sink will suffice.
Ryzen prefers quicker RAM speeds. Before the 5000 series and B450 chipset, DDR4-3200Mhz was the standard. For a 3060Ti, choose a reliable 850W power supply.
3600mhz represents the optimal balance with RAM for Zen 3. This is due to the Infinity Fabric clock being able to synchronize perfectly with the memclock, resulting in a 1800:1800 ratio (half of 3600 DDR). This configuration minimizes latency and enhances response speed. When the clock speed increases, the ratio changes to 2:1 or another value, potentially raising memory latency by up to 20ms.
