The most affordable option you'll usually find is generally the top choice, with only rare exceptions. I can suggest a particular card if you specify one of the models: 4070, 4070 Super, 4070 ti, or 4070 Ti Super.

Most dependable options aside from Gigabyte 4090, mainly due to known PCB issues under heavy use. GPU production involves multiple suppliers for components, with many parts coming from a limited number of manufacturers. The PCBs, coolers, and other elements are typically sourced from a few key companies, including Cooler Master and various Nvidia partners. Overall, the process relies heavily on assembly, and current expertise is strong across the industry. You can often tell a GPU cooler by its size and weight—bigger units tend to be quieter and more durable, which usually extends their lifespan.

The brand isn't crucial; they're all fairly dependable and come with a warranty to cover any problems. Even top-known brands occasionally produce faulty products.

Even though it's tailored to my current setup, there might be options that suit better, or it doesn't really matter. Thanks for the quick reply, and sorry for the delay. Appreciate the feedback.
