RTX 5080 replaces the RTX 4080 Super if available. Boost SSD capacity to 2TB. For a 9700X, you don't necessarily require an AIO; using a big air cooler could save around $70.

Same as before, I'd swap that water cooler for an air cooler, purchase the rest, and then wait for the RTX 5080.

The most recent update was around January 30th. Are everyone placing pre-orders? If yes, where should I find them? I think they might run out quickly once released, and the automated systems could deplete the stock, possibly delaying availability for a long time... any thoughts?

I don't have enough context to recommend a specific cooler. Could you clarify what kind of cooler you're looking for?
