Creating a VPN server doesn’t resolve your issue with a static IP address. You’ll still require a DDNS solution to guarantee connectivity when your IP changes.

Avoid using a VPN for this. Simply visit https://www.duckdns.org/faqs.jsp. Install it on your computer and it will refresh when the IP address changes.

DuckDNS offers a live DNS solution. Wireguard remains popular for VPN use.
